"Great place to hang out with friends. Don’t expect too much from the food. The matcha latte that we ordered somehow got stuck with a wooden stick, thankfully the staff was smart enough to replace it with a new one. Bringing the old glass with them to show it to us. A bittersweet experience, but I had a great time with my friends catching up. Vegetarian options are not readily available."

"A nice place to hang out, but if you’re looking for a full meal, hmm… it might not be the best choice. I’ve eaten at another branch before, and the food was good, but for some reason, it didn’t meet expectations here. It doesn’t feel worth the price paid. For just coffee and dessert, it might still be okay. I ordered the truffle carbonara but couldn’t finish it because it was way too oily."

"Coffee was decent. I find that our local speciality coffee shops were superior than this one. Food was a-okay, loved oxtail soup and many breakfast menu options. Nasi lemak was so so, and ikan bilis was salty as dead sea. High blood pressure ensues. Servers were kind and patient, just not very attentive. You need to actually stand and walk over one of the server to ask or order something. IDR 125K excluding tax & service for a cup of Joe was a bit much though. They have gesha beans, that one was more expensive. But obviously just because it’s rare and delicate in flavor-wise. Not for everyone."

"Had breakkie today and we were exceptionally satisfied with the taste and the experience. We had avo salmon croissant and they were also very tasty and well seasoned. Coffee was also great. If you like chai latte, would really recommend them as well. Nice peaceful place to have good coffee when you need a break. Good job on the great service they know when you’re in need of coffee!"

"Toby Estate is located in the ground level of Mall Puri Indah. The place is good and cozy They have indoor and outdoor seats. I came here just for coffee. The coffee is good and strong, but i didn't find anything special. During my visit, it's difficult to call the waitress and the service take sometimes."

"As usual like other Toby's Estate. They provide great coffee. Welcome and congratulations for the opening at Lippo Puri. One thing to mentioned please train the servers. I totally understand you guys newly open and make it works as soon as possible esp. Understanding the products and the way of service. Some of the servers doesn't understand the products. But again keep it up. Cheers! Music ambience pretty good choice of music but feels a bit too loud so people need to talk pretty loud to overcome the music. Tips : less noise at the front part near the enterance or outdoor. Behind the bar area music is a bit loud. I recommend the beef ribs. I love it. Coffee pour-over is great too."
